The Excellent Sauna
The Excellent Sauna is a Macau sauna tucked inside the main building of the Grand Emperor Hotel on the Macau Peninsula, best known for its brand-new scenario-based themed rooms. Pick from a DJ room, classroom, office, cinema or hospital set — an immersive role-play upgrade at a surcharge — or keep it simple in a classic private room when you'd rather skip the costumes. A carefully selected, multinational therapist lineup follows a 'fewer but finer' approach here, so the mood at The Excellent Sauna stays quiet and private rather than crowded. With a tasteful 3-star rating, mid-range pricing and Macau's earliest opening — doors at noon with therapists on the floor from the start, running through to a 4:00 AM close — it's an easy choice when you want to start early and enjoy a proper massage (no overnight stays).

Detailed Flow
Arrive & Check In
Arrive at The Excellent Sauna inside the Grand Emperor Hotel main building. Doors open at noon — the earliest in Macau — and run through to a 4:00 AM close, with therapists on the floor from opening. Walk in during the afternoon and start right away.
Bathe & Relax
Enjoy the bathing facilities and sauna in a relatively quiet, serene setting. The Excellent has lower foot traffic than larger venues, so there's none of the crowded, noisy atmosphere.
Free Dining
Complimentary dining runs from the noon opening straight through to the small-hours close — whether you arrive in the afternoon or late at night, the kitchen is working.
Boutique Selection
The Excellent uses a boutique face-to-face selection model — a carefully screened, high-quality multinational lineup following a 'fewer but finer' philosophy, with each therapist vetted for both appearance and service standards. No large runway shows; the manager introduces options one by one based on your preferences in a private, unhurried setting.
Water Bed or Themed Room
The Excellent offers both water bed service and scenario-based themed rooms — choose a traditional Dongguan-style water bed experience, or pick a themed room (office, classroom, hospital, cinema, etc.). Themed rooms carry a surcharge (ask when booking), and you can fully customize costumes and interaction style.
60-Minute Session
Enter your chosen room for approximately 60 minutes of dedicated service. Menu tiers: authentic wellness massage (90 min) 1,988, Soft-style massage 2,988–5,088, Japanese-Korean 5,588, with the 5% tourism tax and 5% service charge already included. The Excellent's massage services (Thai and Shanghai style) are professionally excellent even without special services — worth experiencing purely for the massage alone.
Rest & Check Out
Wind down in the quiet rest area after your session. The venue closes at 4:00 AM and does not offer overnight stays — settle up at the front desk before you leave.
Don't forget — your VIP Extras from us
Booking through us gets you 2 complimentary VIP Extras — served by pretty girls. Pick from Back Rubbing, thigh massage, head massage, reflexology, manicure, pedicure, hand massage, and ear cleaning. We let the venue know you're coming — simply pick what you want on arrival.
And your free return ride is waiting
When you're done — after your meal, right after your service, anytime — just text us. The same luxury vehicle takes you to your hotel, the airport, the ferry terminal, or anywhere in Macau. Same zero cost as the pickup.
