The bath hall is built around this big round pool: clear and coloured glass-ball lights cover the ceiling, a white column rises from the middle of the water, three rolled towels rest on the dark-brown marble edge, and a smaller pool sits in the bottom right. Showers and trailing greenery line the back wall.

The round-bed room: a curved mustard-leather headboard wraps the round bed, the sheets and pillows are pale pink, and a light strip runs under the headboard; three walls are mirrored grids, white towels sit folded at the bedside next to a small succulent.

The jacuzzi hall: several square tubs line up with their water bubbling, the ceiling is panelled in rippled mirror, and wall screens play slow blue waves; five rolled white towels and a stone tray sit on the tub edge, over a polished white tile floor.

The purple shell-bed suite: a fan-shaped headboard in two tones of purple, with mirrors on the ceiling and side walls reflecting every corner of the room; the shower on the right is lined in blue mosaic, its glass printed with dandelions, a white shower column against the wall and two small TVs mounted above.

Pale wood lines the walls, ceiling and tiered benches of the dry sauna; a black mosaic wall studded with tiny lights sits dead centre with a cylindrical stone heater in front of it. A folded towel waits on the lower bench, and arrow-feather light fittings glow on the side walls.

The rattan-arch theme room: a woven rattan hood arches over the head of the bed in front of a full wall of greenery; the sheets are beige linen, white towels sit at the foot, and an oil burner and a few small bottles stand on the wooden bedside table. A different mood from the other theme rooms entirely.

The newer rest lounge: dark green leather recliners in a row, each with a white towel, wood-grain panelling on the walls, a slatted timber ceiling with a light cove, and a snake plant in the corner. The recliners lie flat, and this is where an overnight stay is spent.

The botanical line-art room: hand-drawn ferns, lotus pods and buds in black on white wallpaper, two beige beds in the room, and a mirrored wall that doubles the depth; pale wood floor, a beige towel laid on each bed.

The older recliner hall is still in use: brown-and-cream leather power recliners with beige footstools, a blue glow from the ceiling coves, and TVs hung from above; the food counter and a cake display sit at the back, so a snack is never far away.

The bar stools light up: white high stools drift between purple, blue and pink beside a blue-lit round table, over an orange-red wave-pattern carpet; a backlit botanical panel hangs on the wall and pierced globe lamps from the ceiling. A good place to sit while waiting for the therapist introduction.

The dining room seats guests on green and orange leather chairs at dark wood tables, with three botanical prints on the wall and a small plant on the table; spotlights set into the slatted timber ceiling keep the light soft. Dining is complimentary; ask us when booking for the details.
